This can actually be two cocktails: vodka or gin!
About This Cocktail
A basic collins perfect for spring, made with either Crop Cucumber vodka or Hendrick’s gin.
Ingredients
2 ounces Crop Cucumber vodka (or Hendrick’s gin)
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 simple syrup
Finish with soda water
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients, except the soda water, to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass (highball, Collins) and pack it full with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a cucumber wheel.>
